Notes Transcript Ask

Summary

The team agreed to ship the redesigned onboarding flow to the Meridian pilot on Thursday rather than waiting for the pricing page. Two enterprise prospects asked for SSO before they will sign, and the group scoped SSO for October instead of bundling it into the pilot.

Decisions

  • Ship onboarding to the pilot Thursday; pricing page follows separately. 08:12
  • SSO is scoped for October, not the pilot. 10:14

Action items

  • Send Meridian the Thursday rollout plan Alex · 10:20
  • Estimate SSO for the October cycle Sarah · 10:31
  • Book the pilot retro You · 10:44

Nothing joins the call

Auldera records your microphone and system audio. Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, FaceTime, Slack huddles, Webex — nobody sees a bot in the participant list.

02

Summaries and action items cite the transcript

When the meeting ends, Auldera writes the notes on your Mac. Every decision and action item links back to the moment in the transcript it came from. Ask a question about one meeting and the answer points at the words.

03

On your Mac, unless you turn on sync

Audio, transcripts, and notes stay on the device. Sign in with Apple only if you want the same meetings on iPhone and the web. Sync, if you want it.

04

Ready when the meeting is

Zoom can start recording on its own. Other calls arm from a watched Apple or Google calendar, or you press Record. File meetings into projects and tags later.

05

How it works

  1. Record

Auldera notices a live Zoom meeting, arms from your calendar, or waits for Record. Transcription runs on the Mac while you talk.

  2. Read the notes

Summary, decisions, and action items are waiting when you hang up. Open the transcript for the exact wording.

  3. Find it later

Search, projects, and tags keep meetings in order. Ask the meeting a question when you need one fact, not the whole recording.

Questions

Do I need an account?

No. Recording, transcription, and summaries work on your Mac without one. Sign in only if you want sync.

Where does the audio go?

It stays on your Mac. Sync does not normally upload recordings. Transcripts, summaries, and action items sync only after you turn that on.

Which meetings does it record?

Any meeting you can hear on the Mac. Zoom can be detected automatically. Google Meet, Teams, FaceTime, Webex, Slack huddles, and in-person conversations use calendar arming or Record.

What Mac do I need?

Apple silicon, macOS 26 or later. On iPhone, install from the TestFlight invitation in Andrew’s message. This Private Beta is invited software; features can change during testing.

How do I install it?
